We hired Shaun with Sorrento Building to build our new house; we went from a 1400 sq/ft bungalow to a 3K+ sq/ft two-story home with a rooftop. Shaun was recommended to us by a friend and from the beginning, things went smoothly. Shaun was knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, responsive and professional. He not only had great ideas but was also very collaborative in figuring out how to make our ideas happen. Shaun really helped us with the hundreds of decisions one has to make on this size of a project. There were a lot of moving parts and he was great at coordinating it all. Our build took 10 months and we are so happy we hired Shaun and his team, they were all a pleasure to work with and if we ever do this again, we would hire them again. Building a home can be very stressful and they certainly made the process go as smoothly as can be expected in construction. We are now in our new house and loving it!
