This South Bay project began with two livable units, and through our contracting teams oversight and
expertise, it was completely reimagined. Working closely with the architect, we managed the full
scope of construction to reconfigure the main structure into three units while also adding two
freestanding ADU units. Our team coordinated every phase of the build—from planning and
permitting to construction management and final finishes—ensuring quality and efficiency at every
step. The result is a successful transformation that now provides five rental units in the desirable
North Redondo Beach neighborhood, showcasing both the strength of the build and the value of
skilled project management.
